Saturday ride was one for the books. First time outdoors on the bike since starting OS and it felt great! Completed the ride with some friends and had to wait or turn back many times for them to catch back up - sometime it's hard to judge fitness when spending a lot of time alone on the bike.
Concert weekends really can be inconvenient to my training and EN mojo. I had to miss the Jersey folks' gathering. I had to dial Saturday's workouts way down. Totally skipped Sunday (morning church and a 2PM call for the concert really scotches the whole day). Blahhhh...
I know today is a rest day but I went down and put in 30 minutes on the trainer with the PC bike to get in a hybrid workout. It has finally decided to be winter for real here in Jersey for a while. Me no likey.

Yesterday, I was able to get 20', 8', 20', 7' @ 1.01, 0.97, 0.99, 1.01. One more FTP session tomorrow, then I'll test on Saturday.
