  • I think the 10k test adds a bit of complication, since it's a distance that is first of all different from the 5km test we did at the start of the season (so, different protocol by default) plus we have never executed a 10km in a test before.
  • The half-marathon 10k test at the end of the OS is to measure how the longer run workouts have increased endurance and bumped Vdot. You can apply your time as Ryan stated above to get your new Vdot. If your not comfortable with that sub in a 5k test and do a half mary later.
