Changing Diets?
It's odd, but since I started the OS, my weight has stayed more or less constant (not surprising given the holidays, to tell you hte truth), but now that sh*t is getting real (week 7), I find that all I want is protein and the things that I crave are changing. Chicken and broccoli? Bring it. Chocolate cake? Unless it's got steak in it, not interested.*
*Unfortunately, the above does not apply to ice cream, but we don't generally keep it in the house during the winter. At least not much. On Tuesday. After five.
