Wantd: Food/Exercise Log for iPhone
I'm looking for an iPhone app that will calc my daily calorie deficit:
(Cals eaten) - (Estimated RMR + cals burned through exercise) = -800cals today, for example. 800cal deficit x 7 days = 5600cal = about 1.5lb fat loss.
I see a few that might work but don't want to waste time trying to find out. I have been born again hard and need 4.3w/kg by May 15. Lil' help?

I think Lose It might be what you're looking for. I used it last summer and was happy with the way it worked, and the results.

I have both Livestrong and Lose IT on my phone. I would have to say Lose it is a bit better. Now if I only used them regularly....
I downloaded LoseIt. Looks simple, works...and its' free
