I can stay at either Marriott residence inn or Hilton home wood suites, is there any advantage of one over the other?

I'm partial to Marriott but that's because I'm a rewards member.

For the half or the full? I am staying at the Marriott for the half. I also tried to stay there for the full, but was told they do not have any rooms available.

I like Homewood suites. I did a sight inspection last december and they were clean, and the kitchenettes had all new appliances. I have a gluten intolerance so I like a place that I can make my own stuff.

@william: the half. Leaning toward the Marriott. It's cheaper and it looks like the room is bigger/ more suitable for a family.
