Adding more time to weekday bike session, Tue or Thur?

As I was off the bike totally since last Aug IMCanada I entered JanOS with just doing the warm-up and main set with an ez cool down for weekday sessions. Now as we enter Feb with 4 weeks of super workouts behind me I need/want to add in some zone3 time at the end and build it over next couple of months as my A-race is the worlds long course championships in France June 1.

Let's say start with 10min z3 after MS, question is Tue or Thur? Thur though hard with the Vo2 stuff at least is followed by rest day versus Tue where we run hard Wed.
