Question for Rich about my Training Plan
Hi Rich,
In the MP4 you emailed me, you told me to load up the Short Course 20-week Training Plan for my race series (LA Tri Series). I have searched the site, but I can't find how to do that. Also, on my homepage in the "Upcoming Workouts" section it reads that my plan isn't current and then lists two reasons why. Will it update when I "load" my short course training plan? Sorry, I'm just having a bit of difficulty navigating the site. (I hope I posted this question in the correct forum.)

You want to post this type of question in the Micro-tread... it is the first one or two on the discussion board. or you can find it under Training -> My Training Plan -> Micro/ Weekly Help....
I am not Coach Rich, but I think I can help you out. I will point you to the wiki: http://members.endurancenation.us/Resources/Wiki/tabid/108/Default.aspx?topic=Training+Plan+Central+FAQ . There are detailed instructions on how to load, move, and change your Training Plan. The very short version is to click on the "Move/Change My Training Plan" link and then just go from there. Or you can hover your cursor over the Training Tab and select it from there.

I did figure it out. Actually Jonathan, in my screen cast Rich said to post this type of question in the Macro thread, which is what I tried to do.
I will look into you links you suggested.
