15 weeks out , its time to start building that longride and longrun.  I know most of us will be doing those on Trainers and TM's.  Lets post em up for motivation, support, and discussion.  Post em all the, SBR,  FTP,Vo2, Endurance.

I have hacked together a plan combining the OS/IM 20week Advanced plan.  I won't be doing back to back rides on Sat/Sun on the Trainer but already feel a bit behind since the IM  plan calls for 3.5hr Sat and 2.5hr Sun.

  •  I like it Tim!...2hrs. for me today.... NP 188 IF.89 AVG HR 150 ...I used a Free Ride ...and watched Riding in the Rockies on my BigScreen...but didn't really follow their onscreen cues...did my own thing...

  • How do you upload workouts to dashboard? Today's WKO: swim-3000m, three hour trainer ride. Not sure of power data due to having to charge watch for first hour.
  • @John if its Garmin or TR you can just post the link. I dont use anything else so I'm not familiar with them.
  • Tim, thanks for starting this thread. I'll be dropping in the Run Focus for a few weeks next week. I'm staying out of the long stuff until 12 weeks prior. Texas is A- for me given most of the rides will probably be on the trainer. After recovery, I have to jump right back into distance for Louisville (A+), so I'm keeping it as short as possible right up until the last minute.

  • TM Longrun 80min , 10.4miles , 3x6min 7:00pace(Z3+10), 2x15min @ 7:23pace (Z2+13)....I have no problem meeting or exceeding Z4,5 pace intervals but on the longrun those Z2,3 intervals are hard. So far I'm liking the longrun after longride day.
