New Jersey Clinic Wrap Up....
I headed to Scotch Plains, aka "Withrow-ville" for a weekend of triathlon mayhem and fun. From the minute I arrived to the powerbar I got just seconds before walking out the door, I was treated to a first-class experience. THANK YOU JESS AND JOHN!!! 
My only complaint is that they introduced me to these evil toys called "maze balls" that apparently their sons can solve in 4 mins...which stumped me endlessly. Dowh!

Damn, I knew I should have stayed for the post-seminar event ;-). Thanks again for all who made this a great day. My brain cells are gradually unscrambling from all the stuff I learned - time to put all the good learning to use .. HIM, here I come BOOM!
