Weigh in Wednesday Feb 10th

Another week and I have a scale.  My focus was not good on the trip and I have gained 1 lbs, not bad considering how I ate.  I'm currently at 217.

  • Things are going well here, finally got on the scale after a long Jan and I have stayed the same, pretty good given superbowl sunday

  • Yikes! Down 5.3!!! Big BUT however - to achieve similar you have to catch a violent stomach-bug & miss a weeks training. Went through the family like wild-fire, some nasty bug my daughter brought home from school.



    Watching what happens now - eating as normal and feeling OK training and don't seem to have lost any power or 'zip' in the legs - hit my immediate w/kg target for OS! (cheated!)



    @Gordon - 1lb is nothin' dude, probs a good trade-off for the down-time?

  • good numbers this week, -5. I also have a BUT... left town Wednesday on business. Tough week for training and eating. I am not expecting any gains next week, I'll feel great if I can maintain last weeks numbers. Take care all.
