US -> Canada shipping proxy needed

Hi folks - I bought a brake caliper from a Slowtwitch seller, but he will ship to US addresses only, and I'm in Canada.  

What I'm looking for is a helpful EN American who could receive these for me, and then send them along via USPS.  I'll pay your shipping costs via paypal and will send gratitude vibes your way every time I use the brake.
