March Spring Fling Challenge [Brainstorm]
We are working to create a challenge that syncs up with the National Rally this March -- 3/20 to 3/24. Tentatively called the Spring Fling
Challenge, we see this as a day that you pick and do as much exercise as you can on that day.
You will earn a score for doing all three sports, as well as for total time and intensity. We will need some internal leadership on how best to account for these points. Do any of you have some ideas here? Thanks!!!

OK, now I'm getting scared..... If our friends from up north take over you know it is going to be daunting task to measure up.... I saw the video from their last challenge entry.... Yikes!
Run 1 mi - 1 pt
Swim one Mile - 4 pts
Bike 4miles - 1pt
So the formula is, total workout points = Run miles+(swim miles X 4)+(bike miles /4)
on the 19th i did the 70 min interval bike and the 30 minute brick run. after work i had a 60 minute private yoga class. Although i did not swim, i did stretch!
