I am VERY FRUSTRATED.

I canceled my account several days ago.  I received an email today telling me that I was CHARGED for another month.

I emailed Anne and the message I received was:

"The tool you would normally use to cancel your account is still being developed, so I've manually shut off your payments and shut down your login on EN, but you might receive correspondence (emails) from us going forward. When I'm able, I'll cancel you fully, and until then please just let me know if you need anything else or have questions."

Does this mean I was NOT charged? (posting here cause I can't anywhere else that I've tried that seemed appropriate.)

    So sorry for the friction. Can you please check your bank to confirm that you have in fact been charged vs having only received an email? It's possible that you received that email in error.

    I'm on my phone and am unable to close the loop on this right now. Ill be back online in about 4hrs.
