Fatigue and sore feet
I am finishing week OS week 14 tomorrow and my body
just feels tired. Seeking wisdom on how long to rest? A week before
moving on the new next phase of training?
Secondly, my feet just fell tired. No big pain just fatigued.
Seeking wisdom.

Eric - it is totally normally to be tired at the end of OS. You worked really, really hard. Like Brenda said, your season plan should tell you when to jump into your next phase of training. If you don't have anything scheduled beyond the OS, I'd suggest reaching out to Coach R in the Macro Thread.
In my case, I finished NOS, had one unstructured transition week and then jumped into the HIM plan - coincidentally, that was a test week and since I'd just tested at the end of OS, I decided to add another transition week. I am so glad I did, becaue I definitely needed it - and the race prep plans are no joke: much more volume and workout frequency and much less rest days, so make sure you're physically and mentally ready when you jump in!
Congrats on finishing the JOS
