Yet another thread about adding taglines

I've looked but can't find it since EN has gone to 5.0.  How do I add those cool tags at the bottom?  Thx.

Click on your name at the top of the screen. When the page comes up look to the right side of page and click on: forum settings. Then you can add what you would like in the forum signature box. Note though it needs to be written in HTML
