Need I say that I am SO GLAD that I found EN??!!!??

  • Joe,

I'd agree with you, not only the price but the commitment of R&P to continually update and improve.  We also get access to tons of knowledge base from team members in the fourms.

    Gordon

  • The very nominal price is far outweighed by the totality of all that is EN -- in addition to the commitment to continual improvement by RnP, there are the forums, the weekly chat, the dashboard. And then there is the TIRP. No way that could/would have been done w/o the combined efforts and talents of so many.

I seem to recall a thread about 'the value of EN'....but I can't find it. Any point outs?
  • I want to second Gordon's comments. I sometimes wonder why folks would pay an amount for monthly triathlon coaching that would cover a car payment. And the EN commitment to continual improvement is bona fide. Everytime, I think I've learned just about everything I can from EN, there will be something new from the coaches, or from a forum that provides tremendous value. It's all right here in the haus!
  • YIKES!!! That sounds VERY familiar! ;-)

Is this the post you're referring to, Joe? http://members.endurancenation.us/Forums/tabid/57/aft/10317/Default.aspx

  • Holy crappage.. $800/month? Only way I could EVER justify that is if I were a pro and it were basically a business expense and part of the cost of doing business, as it were.

  • I joined EN late last year after five years of one-on-one coaching at prices of a similar range.  I think that paying that kind of money for online coaching is really a waste UNLESS your coach lives in the same town as you do.  That in-person interaction could be worth it.  I was 6 hours away from my coach and didn't have that luxury.

BTW with EN my numbers have matched or exceeded where I usually am this early in the season.  I'm excited to see how things unfold during the season.

  • @Jess - That's one of them....I have sent that on to a few people that I am trying to recruit.  I could have sworn there was a post/thread where people gave one-liners about why we dig EN so much.

@Steve - One of the things I hope you find out now that you are here is the incredible value of community (check out the post Jess referenced earlier!) and the INCREDIBLE support we have and give.  In case you haven't done so, I recommend you "subscribe" to a couple of the forums just to see the interaction.

  • I'm always amazed at the #x month commitment thing. Over the years PnI have had many conversations with athletes who are "locked in" to a coach and need that to expire before they can join EN. Very curious employer/employee relationship.
