  • Great work/pace Tim! Very consistent pace and excellent negative split with those miles 11-13.21. BOOM BOOM POW!!!
  • Yes Stephn, you are good to go.
  • I did intervals at a fitness conference for 1 hour yesterday and a 11 mile run with 4 miles at Z4. I need to calculate the TSS.
  • Okay - since I am new to this TSS, I went to the web-site and think I got it right. On 20 March I biked 57mi @ Z1 for 97.5pts (30 X3.25). On 21 March, I biked 46 mi @Z1 for 75 pts (30 X 2.5). On 22 March I biked 76mi @Z1 for 120 pts (30 X 4). On 23 March I biked 52mi @ Z1 for 90pts (30 X 3). On 24 March I biked 36 mi @ Z1 for 60 pts (30 X 2). Although I walked a total of 90 min on these days for recovery, I did not include them since it was not "running". If I got my math wrong, somebody correct me, image

Since I could not make it to the National Rally, I took the week off from work anyway and did a "Bike Bike Week". image  Although the miles listed here are 267 mi, I totalled 376 miles all on the road with no "drainer miles"!  image There is no way I could have done this and went to work! Going from a "Run Focus" of four weeks of biking only two hours a week to this is about as big a leap as I have ever done, but it is in the books! image

  • Congrats to the Spring Fling Challenge participants!!! There were a few hearty souls who competed alongside the National Rally participants, and you can find them below. Each of them will receive a special EN bag and two custom EN water bottles for playing along. Nice job Team!

  • @Patrick and Rich - that is awesome and thank you for this great swag!I really wanted to be there and this is a consolation for having to cancel out last minute. This will help keep me connected a little more than just through "cyber contact" - at least until I can get to another EN focused event.

    Thanks again!
