IMCDA: April 1st is Your "IT'S ON" Day!!

April 1, 2013 is your official "It's ON Day" for IMCDA -- the day on which 98% of you will load up the IM plan to end on IMCDA and officially start training for the race. By officially, I mean:
- The IM plan is for realz loaded into your account
- You finally have our permission to begin putting your feet on the floor at 5:30am everyday with "I am NOW training for IMCDA" in your head.
So make a calendar note to do this training plan load up thang Sunday night so you're ready to go Monday morning!

I'm doing a half this weekend as an exit race to the OS. Are there any updates to the wiki regarding returning to training the week after a half marathon? Or just follow it as written? Thanks!
