Silly OS Run Question
I am out of sink with JOS folks, so I did search this and did not find an accurate answer. I am not entirely new here either, so even more of a reason to puzzle with question.
Saturday OS run, if done stand alone, apart from AM bike, duration 40min, out MP, back HMP.
Does it include warm up/ cooldown or not. Silly, I know. Question is, 20min@MP+20min@HMP is a serious workout, now if I go 15min EP+strides, than it leaves 25min to split between MP and HMP, which is entirely different from above. I know I will add cooldown at the tail end, that is ok. Thanks for being patient with a goof here.
