Trainer Road Volunteers Needed (to create HIM and IM Wednesday Workouts)
If you are interested, please PM me. You will help to create our Wednesday workouts as TR files for the EN Group using the Trainer Road Application. In exchange for your help we'll get you some of our brand new EN custom water bottles so you can represent! Again, would be about 2 hours of work...let me know if you are interested via PM, thanks!

Also would be cool if we could have some default saturday and sunday rides built into TR that would include just the work portion of those workouts. (i.e. the FTP or VO2 portions) That way on inclement weather days we can still get our work in on the trainer and then go outside for the 70-75% stuff.
