End of OS - season plan not clear

Can't seem to find the season training plan that should start at the end of the outseason (next week).  My races are Syracuse 70.3 (June) and IMMT (August 2013).   I think you were going to resend it but I am struggling to find it.  My email is edward.cherullo@gmail.com and is the one I signed up with.
