Get Faster (Beginner) - week 3
Looking ahead to next week's workouts and I have a couple of questions:
1. Please explain the Mon-Wed swim workouts which show 3x100(20") Descend.... Also, please explain when there is two ("") quote marks. I couldn't find anything on either.
2 Is this plan not supposed to have another rest day until week 8? I know to listen to my body but this seems to go against everything that I have read on EN.

The " means seconds, the ' means minutes.
The get faster plan has minimal days off due to the condensed version of workouts; should you need a day off, just post here what days you want off and what discipline is your focus.....thanks!
