New run numbers
Hi Coach P,
I just did the 5k TT scheduled for today in the HIM plan. I am trying to put my numbers into the Attack Point web site but it doesn't seem to show Zone 3/ HMP. Am I looking at this right?I seem to have Zones 1, 2, 4, and 5. Ought I just figure it out?
Also, when do the numbers transfer over to my profile on the EN web site?

Anna, there is an explanation in the sheet on how to do all this. From the main calculator page:
How to calculate new zones: Go to the Calculator sheet online (Also here in case: http://bit.ly/YRrfer). This will let you generate and print your current zones. In the sheet it explains that you have to enter your Half Marathon Predicted finish time from AttackPoint, then the sheet will calculate the pace per mile..you then enter that into the forum. Here's the shot, it's cells G24 to G26.
Then the instruction page also says this: "Or you can enter them into your profile directly to save for the future (instructions here: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cInq2xV2fY)"
