1/2 marathon May 26

Hi coaches....coming up on Week 8 Of GF Adv plan.  Remember I started Adv OS a little early

1.  Doing 1/2 marathon in Madison May 26...any changes I should make?

2.  I notice during biking  ( all biking on Computrainer still ) that its become more difficult to hold my zone 4 in aerobar position.  Much easier & stronger in saddle.  Once I complete the Z4 portions....it's okay to go aero for Z3....just becomes a comfort issue.  Any suggestions or is this normal for most?

    Sue,

    I checked your season plan and I have you going into the HIM plan after you end the GF, correct? If that's still the case no modifications needed your plan for the half other than the half becomes your long run for the week. In other words, repeat the weekday interval bike on Thurs and move the Thurs long run to the day of the race. Long weekend ride stays as is. 

    I wouldn't worry too much about riding in the aerobars indoors. Ride in the position that gets you most watts with the least mental cost but start getting outside as quickly as you can.
