Workout days adjustment, week 11 Int IM plan

RnP,

I'm in week 11 of the Int IM plan, getting ready for CDA.   Plan calls for Mon- Swim/run (hills), Tue, run Intervals and swim, Bike wed, Thurs 90min run, Fri 45 min easy, then Saturday, 1hr run, 240min bike, 60min run.

I need to get the Sat workout to be on Friday (I have a day off work).

I was thinking of just moving everything up a day and skipping the Monday Hill run.  Or should I just not to the Friday run and do the long fun/big day back to back?

  • @Peter everything a day back is fine, so Saturday will be off so maybe do a swim or bike (easy and no longer than an hour) on Sunday to get loose again. Good luck!
