Transition from Boston recovery into Full IM plan
Hey Coach,
Just ran Boston alongside you (or really behind you! nice time you posted...hope you and the fam made it out of the chaos okay). Next up for me is IMLP, which means I need to transition quickly back into the Full IM plan. Right now I would be on week 6 of this plan.
What should my schedule be in terms of recovery and then transitioning back into the plan? I'm thinking that I take it easy for a few days, and then work bike/swim back in, but not sure what to do about the runs. Should I take a whole 1-2 weeks off from any running, and if so do I just skip those workouts completely or replace them with extra swim/bike?

Basically yes, you are recovering this whole WEEK...then next week light bike and swim...don't feel "Behind" you have done a ton of good work and you need to absorb it before you can continue adding more stress!
