Twitter roll down

okay so my Twitter roll down on the right side of home page, scrolls by too fast for me to read the whole thing! how do I slow it down?? m

Hover your mouse over it and the scrolling will stop for you to read it. (mine does) Move the mouse away and the scrolling will start again.

Another question; How can I make my Tweets part of that "roll down"? I am new to EN and to Twitter. I tag them with hash #workworks but that doesn't do it. Anyone have any ideas? Is there an "@" prefix I need to add or something? Thanks!

@Jonathan: Make sure your Tweets are not protected. I had the same issue for a while.
