Change in workout

Hi Coach P,

     It's Thursday morning and I'm realizing with my kids' sports schedules that my 180 minute and 60 minute run on Saturday is a no-go. But Sunday is wide open. Can you advise regarding  Saturday workout and rest day? Thanks!

  • Anna, I don't know what plan you are on, but I suggest you plan on a 60-75 minute ABP ride on Sat AM (That's in z3 after a warm up)....then Sunday is the long day as you suggested. Depending on how you feel, you might have to take monday OFF or Swim only....good luck!
  • Hi Patrick, Thanks for the reply. I am in Week 14 of the HIM Intermediate plan. So I will plan to swim tomorrow, do the ABP ride on Saturday and the long ride and run on Sunday. And I'll plan Monday based on how I feel.
