I worked with CoachP ona virtual running deal a few years ago. It was good and worth the time and effort I put into it. He had some really good feedback that I have tried to put in place as I return from my injured leg.
As painful as this concept sounds to me, God knows I need the help! Virtual is the only option for me unless you're bringin the whole crew to Ausin.....Count me in........
Well...I'm in Chicago, I'm working on my run mechanics right now (I was actually going to send you some video for your critique), it's always cool to see P, I have a spare bedroom with your name on it...yeah, add my vote for you to come to Chicago.
sweet...I need to get approval from the spouse. if we were to do a weekday, would that work? where could we go with a group? would need about 2.5 hours...
What sort of space would you like? If it is warm enough to be outside, there is a great path and lots of parks along the lake. Weekday is doable.

I say virtual, unless someone wants to buy me a plane ticket to chicago. Or, you could all come to Mississippi and experience some of that southern hospitality.
Seems like we are roughly split on how to make this happen. Let me do some brainstorming on how best to make this work and report back to the group next week!
+1 for me! I have a great big house by the North Shore Bike Path - - - lots of room in the pain cave area and lots of friendly neighbors that have extra space!
As others have echoed, I would be interested in Chicago if on a weekend, it's about a 4 hour drive to the city for me. Otherwise, virtual works too, although I'm not quite sure how that would work, but I presume it would involve a camera and a treadmill?
I am going to try this virtually, first. Not just for schedule reasons, but because the content could be used to help others in Da Haus who couldn't make it. I won't rule out a trip, just saying that this is a bit more challenging. I have created a virtual machine for Windows on my Mac and downloaded the software as a trial. Your job will be to get video of you running, preferrably outdoors, from the front, left, right, and rear angles. So you will need a buddy to hold the camera and pan / track you as you run by (a tripod won't cut it). If you can organize the above, then you can play.
Before I can pull the trigger I need to know who is actually in for this. The more people that are in, the less the overall price will be. Starting price is $75 for the analysis and videos back to you, with a written review and recommended drills. Please confirm below...thanks!

+3
I would be in if it was virtual...
1 more for Chicago.
Realistically though virtual probably makes more sense for the team as I would think this is more of a one on one activity than a group activity.
Yes to Chicago. We have a spare room in the basement/pain cave. You're welcome to stay with us.
here's another vote for the windy city...

+1 for Chi-town! My running-fu has suffered with my time off.
