season plan change
Coach I was dropping the Hi Cliff race off of my season plan can you make the changes. I will be doing Racine HIM & WI IM only. After listing to your podcast on if you need to do HIM to get you ready for the full IM, I did two HIM last year & was doing another two before my full this year for I thought it would get me more ready. I can see were it can have an effect on the training for the full IM & that is my main goal this year. Thank you.
