Change for Half Marathon B race

Next week, I will be in week 9 of the beginner HIM.  I have a half marathon on Saturday.  How would you suggest I modify the week?  (coming off of Big training day which I am doing on Sunday this week).

 

 Also,  I always swim on Sunday in a masters swim and typically bike 2 hours after that.  Would that still be ok and would be my longer bike for the week.

  • @Julie, sounds like a busy week! I say that you train through Wed, then Thursday off, Friday easy 30' run with strides. Sat is race. Sunday is swim, then a VERY EASY TWO HOUR RIDE...keep it simple... image Have fun!
