Hey Coach, Am in week 8 of Intermediate Get Fast and have my B race next Sunday. Is a X50 (1 mi swim/40 mi Bike/9mi Run) and is my longest distance to date. What should I do this week? Thx Greg
Great, week 8 of Get Fast is a test week; I honestly would drop in the Half Iron plan (your level) to end on the race date and follow that taper in for the final 6 days...good luck!
