910xt troubles

My four month old Garmin 910xt history has a problem. After a bike test Saturday, I reset and saved data into watch only. No downloading. Then on Sunday, I did another ride. When I went to transfer my data, Sunday's info was there, but not Saturday's. The next most recent data was from March! Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to retrieve my data?

    I can't help you on the specifics of your problem. However, my 910 had a different problem and the Garmin support people were very good. Email response within 24 hours, and I got shipped a replacement promptly.

    If you end up going this route, mention that you want the option where they ship the "new" watch to you first and you ship the "old" one back. they put a hold on your credit card for the price of the re-furbbed replacement watch but don't actually charge you as long as you send the old one back and the amount of time is very reasonable.
