Modify GF plan for Blue Ridge Bike Camp

I'm doing the Blue Ridge Bike Camp next week.  I'm in the GF plan which would have Wed Run, Thurs Bike, Friday Swim, Sat long bike and short run, and SUnday longish run.



I can get a workout in Wed AM but will be in the car the whole afternoon.  

How should i modify the week?

  • Your goal is to be 100% at the camp; I might run for 45' with Strides that AM (or swap with Tuesday session) but not too worried about it. Gonna be fun (and a ton of work!)
