Modify GF plan for Blue Ridge Bike Camp

I'm doing the Blue Ridge Bike Camp next week. ย I'm in the GF plan which would have Wed Run, Thurs Bike, Friday Swim, Sat long bike and short run, and SUnday longish run.



I can get a workout in Wed AM but will be in the car the whole afternoon. ย 

How should i modify the week?

  • Your goal is to be 100% at the camp; I might run for 45' with Strides that AM (or swap with Tuesday session) but not too worried about it. Gonna be fun (and a ton of work!)
