IM Week 14 RR -really?

Hi Coaches,

I just watched the wk 14 screencast and Coach P talked about this weeks RR occurring on Saturday.

However, my plan does not reflect this in the workout protocol. Is my plan out of sync?

I'm on the Beg IM plan.

I think Coach Rich will be updating that as we moved it "back" to weeks 4 and 2...let me know if that's a 2013 movie...
