Wk 14 Beg IM - Run Distance
Hi Coaches,
I'm not far out from my first IM at Cda on June 23rd.
I've been completing the run workouts as prescribed. All, so far, have been time based.
I'm a ridiculously slow runner - lrp pace = 12min - so I'm getting starting to get that mental chatter that while I'm completing my 2hr long runs come race day I'm going to be running for substantially longer in terms of both time and distance.
The marathon in the IM will be my first marathon.
My question - do I need to adjust my plan in the coming weeks to hit a certain max distance?
