how to incorporate MS with hill riding

My bike workout for tomorrow is MS:10' (3') @ 95-100%/Zone4/Hard. 20' (4') @ 95-100%/Zone4/Hard. 10' (5') @ 95-100%/Zone4/Hard. Remainder of session @ 70-75%/Zone2/Steady.

I will be doing hills in the Gatineau park and I would like some advice on how to complete the above MS while riding a hilly terrain.....anyone?

  • Your goal is to get in the cumulative amount of time in Z4...or in this case 40' of z4 work...so that could be 10 x 4' hills, etc....just get as close as you can and remember to thank the CA weather goddess for finally letting y'all outside!!
