slow start

Began as a new member two weeks ago. During the second week-testing, was sidelined with a nasty GI bug. Now into week three of Get Faster and feeling good. Should I do the run test on a 60 minute run day this week or just use my non EN 5K test ( about a month old) info and keep moving forward? Thanks.

  • @Terry, welcome! If you are confident in those test results, then just roll with them, that's the easiest. If not, let's drop an interval run and replace with the test (might be a bit sub-par however, given the rest of your plan!
