First time Bike Time Trial

Hi everyone, today its time to do the bike trial but unfortunately I dont have a bike rack to go out to the country. I have to do it inside the city. My question is - does the terrain matter? If I dont have the distance available to ride without traffic light - would doing more hills works the same? Thanks!

@Avi, this is my personal coach forum, so you have to wait for me to hit this at night..the dashboard might be a better place for overall feedback. That said, any terrain is okay as long as you can do it every time (consistency). Flat matters but consistency is more important!
