Re: Week 14 Podcast

Hey Coach,

I just listened to the week 14 podcast and it seemed like it was supposed to be for week 15 as that is when my RR i.e. 6 hour bike and hour long run is on Saturday.  I only have a 4 hour bike and 40 min run on the schedule for this week so I just wanted to double check to make sure I'm doing the correct workout.  Can you please clarify?

    Ted, the podcasts were recorded several years ago while we rewrite the plans a couple times per year = often the "what you're doing this week" portion of the podcast no longet matches the training plan. So ignore that, follow the plan, and pay attention to the more general guidance in the podcast.
