Glenn's Macro Thread

This week I will be finishing week 17 of my HIM beginner plan, with week 18 starting on Monday (May 13). I have a HIM race, (C race) on May 19 (Black Bear Tri 70.3) My question for the coaches is, should I complete 50% of each days work out for week 18 as a taper? My A race is REV 3 Quassy on June 2. Thanks. Glenn
