Power Agent issues

 Just swapped out the battery in my CPU and tried to download via power agent. I've historically downloaded to power agent and moved the file over to wko. 

power agent recognizes my cpu and I can configure the device but there is no data to download

I swapped out the battery and then hit the trainer. I can read the results on the yellow cpu but no data to download.....

Any tricks before I start freaking out? i've never been able to download directly to wko....

    I actually have the opposite issue. I have never had any issues downloading directly to WKO...but I almost never get power agent to work without having to mess with somehting.

    The trick to get WKO to work is to select the right comm port after you select powertap on the setup page. Have you tested each of the comm ports and confirmed that none of them work from WKO?

     I've tried WKO and either get the Com4 can't be opened or it time out....

    I've tried to Download to Golden cheetah as well and it can't find ride time. 

    So after changing the battery, I can't get take off the cpu. It shows up in the display of the unit.

    How about trying the WKO Device Agent? They have just made a bunch of changes to it to make it more compatible with the new WKO 3.0. I'd download the newest version and try it. You'll have an answer in 5 minutes as it's easy to install (and it's free).

     I cleared the device and hit the trainer for my ride today and everything downloaded correctly. Must have just been a glitch.
