MS1: 10' of on time

I wasn't able to find out any where what that means, can you help me out?

Comments

  • It means 10 minutes of VO2 max, broken up however you like.

    For example,
    20 sets of 30s/30s OR
    10 sets of 1m/1m OR
    5 sets of 2/2m

    Where the first number is time in VO2 max, second number is rest interval.
  • Vo2Max is your Zone 5 power/heart rate/effort
