I wasn't able to find out any where what that means, can you help me out?

It means 10 minutes of VO2 max, broken up however you like.
For example,
20 sets of 30s/30s OR
10 sets of 1m/1m OR
5 sets of 2/2m
Where the first number is time in VO2 max, second number is rest interval.
