OLY TRI..Taper or not?

Hey Patrick,  Better late than never.  I'm doing a local Olympic Tri this Saturday.  Knowing this I did my Thursday run of 105 minutest last Saturday.  My thought was to do my VO2 bike w/o today with a shorter/45-60 min run on Thursday, a little swim on Friday and race on Saturday.  Or should I switch around my bike run days?  Thoughts? (I'm in the Int. HIM plan, week 13)

  • Sorry we missed this. If it were me, I'd train normal through Thursday, take Friday 100% off, race Saturday, normal Sunday and carry on.
