Week 14 question

So, Week 14.  The week 14 intermediate plan podcast says its a race rehersal on Saturday.  But this saturday says a regular 4 hr ride with sunday off.  Is that correct?  I see the next week  with the race rehersal.

 

Sorry, getting a bit confused since a few weeks ago one of the run tests showed up that morning for me (it had been a 2 hr run).

Anyone else seeing stuff change like that?

    Posted a q to the micro thread and rich said the podcasts were old (I knew that) and to just follow the plan. I just wanted to double check. :-)
