Big Tri Week
Hi RnR,
My schedule for next week has a Big Tri Week Option and I may do it, but was wondering what type of intensity should I do the workouts at. Should each day and each workout be done at an easy, hard, very hard or race pace effort? Or do I pick and choose when to turn-up the intensity? I don't want to just be running and riding around, but can't imagine that every workout will be balls out either.
