IM Texas - Week 19 Saturday Ride

For unavoidable reasons, I cannot fit in the 150 minute Saturday ride this weekend. Should I just skip it and not worry about it, or move it to Monday?

  • Always skip (or do what you can) even a 45' ABP trainer ride or a short run can suffice...we'll make it up as we go. Once we are inside 8 weeks to go we need to be more careful with retaining the longer workouts...but given the proximity to your race, let's push on...
