Thursday Long runs
Hi Coach, As I transition from Get Faster to the HIM program, I see that the long runs are always Thursday. This is my long day at work, starting at 6 am and often going until 8 pm. Monday and Tuesday and Friday are more flexible for me. Wednesday is also an early day with 6 am start but usually done by 5 pm. Suggestions as I get to the next phase? Thanks.
