Satish's never ending HIM week 15 thread

Hi coaches

As it turned out I was able to get the week 14 RR done as written in the plan.  Went reasonably well (only second time I have ridden my bike 90k ever!) I posted a recap in the general training forums.

So now I have a conundrum regarding week 15.  I am still signed up for a half marathon race on Sunday.  I still plan to do some sort of big tri week (at least 5 bike sessions, 3-5 swims and 4 runs ) for week 16.  

Now that I don't have to do a race rehearsal on friday as discussed in my previous thread, this is how I envision week 15 playing out:

Monday: swim/run

Tuesday: swim

wednesday: bike (Vo2) and run in the morning (on call wednesday night)

Thursday evening: not sure if I should do friday's 45' uphill run or a swim.  I'm leaning toward the run.

Friday: Saturday's long bike/FTP session 

Saturday off?

Sunday Half marathon race: I plan on doing this as a race based on the wiki guidance for half marathon pacing

Monday (week 16) off or swim 

Tuesday swim

Start big tri week wednesday
