Bike FTP Intervals for the week of May 13, 2013

How is everyone doing with hitting their intervals outside?

  • Last 'hard' bike done, taper time. As I did last week, in preparing for a major climb at my race in France I did 5x 1.5mi hill climbs increasing my power each repeat starting at 85%FTP to 110%. Solid effort, good numbers, couple more long runs and I am good to go.
